Chris Kager is a board-certified neurosurgeon and a healthcare technology investor. With more than two decades of clinical and leadership experience, he brings a deeply informed, clinician-centered perspective to evaluating and advancing innovative healthcare technologies.
At GHIF, Chris plays a key role in clinical due diligence, portfolio company engagement, and strategic initiatives that integrate real-world medical insight with venture investment. His work is centered on supporting solutions that improve patient outcomes, expand access to care, and strengthen the role of clinicians in shaping the future of health innovation.
Chris earned both his bachelor’s degree and medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania before completing his MBA. He remains committed to building and empowering a global, clinician-driven community focused on driving measurable health impact through meaningful innovation and investment.
