Before joining GHINF, Hikama worked at Maypharm Lifesciences as a Management Trainee, where she led market analysis across five South-East Asian countries to identify high-potential API molecules for portfolio expansion. She also brings hands-on experience as a Community Pharmacist, blending clinical knowledge with strong market and consumer insight.

Hikama holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA in Pharma Biotech Marketing from India. She now combines her pharmaceutical background with analytical and community-focused expertise, helping ensure that early-stage health innovators are supported, informed, and positioned to grow within a collaborative global network.
