Reena Bhargava is a board-certified Internist, Clinical Informaticist, and Lifestyle Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience advancing virtual care and digital health innovation. She brings this expertise to her role at GHIN.
Reena’s career has spanned clinical practice, academic medicine, and digital transformation. As Medical Director at Kaiser Permanente’s Advice & Appointment Call Center, she improved care delivery for more than 4 million patients by leveraging data and technology to enhance access and efficiency. She completed an NIH Clinical Research Fellowship at Stanford and went on to serve as an Affiliated Assistant Professor at Stanford School of Medicine for six years. Today, she continues her academic contributions as a Clinical Professor of Medical Educators.
A published researcher and strong advocate for preventive, AI-driven care, Reena also advises two healthtech startups, where she applies her expertise to help build systems that bridge innovation and real-world healthcare needs. She is deeply passionate about scaling tech-enabled care models that drive clinical excellence, health equity, and improved patient outcomes.
