Thomas Brady contributes his more than 35 years of leadership experience across strategic planning, operations, and life sciences innovation to support early-stage healthcare investing. His work spans biotechnology, cancer therapeutics, and AI-driven biotech ventures, giving him a broad, multidisciplinary perspective on the future of healthcare and the technologies shaping it.
Throughout his career, Thomas has been deeply committed to advancing transformative therapeutic solutions and expanding global access to breakthrough medical innovations. In addition to his role at GHIF, he is the co-founder of Sojo Consulting, an advisory firm focused on life sciences, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, helping organizations navigate technological change and scale efficiently.
Thomas completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD program and serves on the board of the Keck Medicine of USC Arcadia Campus Foundation. At GHIF, he leverages his operational expertise, strategic insight, and cross-sector experience to evaluate mission-driven startups and support the fund’s goal of accelerating innovation that meaningfully improves patient outcomes.
