With extensive experience working at major healthcare organizations including Novartis, Cipla, and Wockhardt, Sheetal has built a distinguished career driving financial strategy, operational scale, and cross-functional integration for complex, multinational teams.
Specializing in financial planning, integration management, and global expansion, Sheetal has led transformative initiatives across multiple geographies and organizational structures. Her expertise spans the full lifecycle of business growth, from strategic planning and due diligence to operational execution and post-merger integration, making her a critical force behind GHIF’s disciplined investment process and portfolio success.
At GHIF, Sheetal plays a central role in shaping the fund’s financial strategy, overseeing operations, and guiding investment decisions for early-stage healthcare and digital health companies. She is deeply committed to GHIF’s mission of empowering clinicians to participate in and shape healthcare innovation, while democratizing access to venture investing for medical professionals worldwide.
Sheetal holds dual graduate degrees from Stanford University: a Business Management degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master’s in Public Policy. She also holds a BS in Microbiology, an MBA in Biotechnology, and a Master’s in Finance from India. Her multidisciplinary training, spanning science, healthcare, finance, and policy, enables her to bring a unique and highly integrative perspective to healthcare venture capital.
